Small plates, wood-fired pizzas, unexpected combinations, familiar flavors with a little twist. There are no rules about what comes first. Start with something crispy. Order something smoky. Put a pizza in the middle. Try the thing you’ve never heard of. Then keep passing. One plate becomes three. Three becomes six. And suddenly nobody remembers whose order is whose. That’s the idea.
